I’ve spent years dealing with alcohol use in a way that felt like a constant tug‑of‑war. I wasn’t out of control, but I wasn’t fully in control either — and living in that gray zone is exhausting. Ria Health was the first program that didn’t make me feel judged or misunderstood. They treated alcohol use as a medical condition, not a moral failing, and that alone made it easier to engage with the process. The combination of Naltrexone, coaching, and data tracking genuinely changed my relationship with alcohol. Cravings dropped, my habits shifted, and I finally felt like I had real tools instead of just “willpower.” What surprised me most was how quickly things started to improve — six months into the program, the difference was undeniable. My drinking patterns, my sense of control, and my overall clarity improved exponentially compared to where I started. The entire experience is discreet, flexible, and respectful. I could work on this privately, at my own pace, while still getting professional support when I needed it. Today, I feel clearer, healthier, and more in control than I have in years. Ria Health didn’t just help — it worked.

Ria has been a huge help in my revocery and the Counselor I was paired with (Brett Lowrey) has been strong advocate for me and the journey I'm currently on.

This has been a great experience. Whirlwind, keeps you active in the program. Moves quickly.

I have been a member of the Ria Health program for approximately 9 months. All of the staff that I have met since my intake have been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The concern for my wellbeing has assisted me in making a life change from the dependency on alcohol. My personal counselor has been instrumental in my recovery. I look forward to our discussions and interaction. Since our first meeting my counselor has taken a personal interest in my recovery and his assistance and direction or suggestions has and is helping me carve out a long-term plan that I feel can be sustainable if I do the work. I look forward to continuing our work together. The personal attention he has given me is paramount. I have definitely slipped several times during my program and my counselor has been reassuring and has helped me refocus on what is most important to me and my program; the present and planning for the future and not dwellng on the past or things I cannot change. In addition to my counseling sessions, the doctors and all of the staff have been wonderful. Again, the personnel attention to “my” program has been excellent in every aspect from intake, medication, physician meetings, and of course counseling. Based on my experience, I am sure all of the counselors are great, but I am partial to mine. The app and the tools available are fantastic and easy to use and navigate through. The staff has always been available to answer any questions I have had and very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend the Ria Health program to anyone who believes he or she has an addiction problem because they will not be disappointed, but the you have to put in the work.

My providers are always on time. They are very concerned and tuned in to my issues. And I really enjoy my experiences with my providers.

Excessive counseling and doctor visits. Not for someone who only wants to reduce drinking during occasional/social events. Counselor didn’t contribute much and was more engage in chats that did not have anything to do with what the counseling sessions were intended to.
