Not sure the program is working for me. I just requested a new provider as my previous one rushed me through the call. I will be requesting a new coach as a last effort before I cancel this treatment.

Your meds are limited. I feel im more informed then the doctor when they have to google the side effects of the meds they prescribe. I am happy with the staff there all kind and prompt. Don't really feel this is helping me quit alcohol an im debated quiting the program and finding another.

Got me started right away. Took a few days to get coach. Another few for meds... its been helpful but worth what I paid out of pocket since not covered under insurance... no, coaching is just like talking to a stranger not really guided by any real conversation structure. Havent had groups yet. Med call was more guided by myself and what I wanted cause they just wanted to start low. Even though I shared my experience in past. Overall if it was less $ or covered, I would continue with program but 2 weeks in im not inclined too.

They will harass you about setting up appointments. They will want you to schedule appointments frequently. If you schedule your appointments 1 month apart you will receive tons of phone calls and messages. The coaching sessions are weird. You are better off with an actual therapist.
