The Doctors and Therapists seem to genuinely care about helping me reach my goals. They don't rush the visits even though their time is limited and listen to my concerns and are helpful with medications and refills and any adjustments that need to be made. I look forward to each visit and all conveniently from my computer or phone. Everyone else (the amazing staff) I've spoken with have been extremely helpful as well. I do wish some of the Dr sessions could be longer when needed, that's the ONLY reason for 4 stars. It really should be 4.75, if that was an option. Thank you Ria Health.

Valuable input.

Ria has been great about not forgetting about me. Calling to give reminders and schedule more appointments with my coach. I don’t feel left out and Ria has been a huge part of my ‘community’ after leaving the rehab facility.

Talking with the coach definitely helped curb my drinking problem quite a bit. Sometimes I felt like the medicine helped, other times I didn't feel like it did.

Easy access to helpful medications, caring doctor and helpful counseling all using my phone.

The medication has been helpful. The coaching sessions have not. There is not really any opportunity for a personal connection and the directives are the same each time. It is not a good use of my time.

My experience with Isaiah Cruz has been great. He has helped me secure medications from alternative pharmacies when my regular pharmacy could not fulfill my prescription. He has encouraged me to establish a relationship with my primary care doctor after many years without a visit. And, most importantly, he and my coach have helped me to moderate my drinking to a few drinks a week when I had been drinking heavily everyday before starting the program. I would give 5 stars had it not been for the terrible customer service Ria provides outside the medical professionals and coaches.

Good program. You get support, but mostly you are on your own…
