Same as all the other reviews…. Ordered Dec 4th, sent multiple emails, including canceling the order on Dec 24th. They refuse to cancel and now has shipped on Jan 2nd! Return to sender!

Watch out!The same happened to me ! I ordered the product on the 7th December 2024 and still havent received anything. I used the tracking feature from website, and it says it havent been shipped. It looks like a scam!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered on the 17th December 2025 a Christmas present no order no confirmation of delivery. Please do not order from this company a SCAM.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered this on 12/6 for my husband for Christmas. Same response from customer service everyone else got. No product shipped, nonproductive received. Horrendous customer service.

UPDATED: We finally got our order in ~1.5 months after we ordered. I’m updating my review because I believe in redemption. Since I wrote my initial review, I have seen them publicly state their apologies on the severe delay which I commend. I wanted it to not live up to the hype, but it’s actually a really good product and we only have had it for 2 days. Admittedly, I'm impressed. ———- (Old 1 star) Ordered on December 18th. Policy stated that they processes shipping within 1-2 days. It's January 1st and no information on when it is going to ship. I unlike others, have been in contact with their customer service but they are not providing any information (just a buffer response). I tried to cancel my order and they will not cancel it.

I purchased the Revomadic cups, it was 2 for 1. I wasn't told at the time of purchase that the cups were on back order. About a month later, i received them, after 2 uses i noticed a clicking sound in both devices. I called the support line, of course no one answered the call, so i left a message. After 3-4 days of no call back i emailed the support team, they asked for a video so they could see and hear the problem. The support team said they would send me a replacement over a week ago, as of Dec 31st, I Have heard nothing back. Terrible support.

Ordered on December 11th, their site specifically promoted that it’d be in time for Christmas. It’s now the 31st, and it hasn’t even shipped yet. Customer service is no help, and they can’t cancel the order. Reporting to BBB.

Many recent reviews suggesting this is a scam are INCORRECT. Yes, my order did take a little longer than expected = ordered late November but the package arrived 2 days ago. However, it has arrived to UK from the USA. I too was beginning to be a little sceptical and worried the products may not arrive but they have. Have been emailing to chase up and email comms have been positive and allayed my fears. I even had an email on Christmas Day! I ordered 4 (received 5) and awaiting the oils package - although it’s not essential as I have other massage oils. Tested yesterday and product works well, and quite simple to use alone (hard to reach areas may be a little tricky) If you haven’t tried or done cupping before ensure that you start off using the lower suction settings as the cups are pretty strong. Can’t wait to use this as often as I may need to recover after workouts or to assist massage benefit. Don't be put off by negative reviews as there must be issues with the information given by unhappy customers. Thanks RevoMadic. Let’s see how the product performs in 2026
