Do not buy from this company. I placed an order from them on 12/18, anticipating I would receive it by 12/30 as a gift for my husband. They have ignored my emails requesting cancellations due to not receiving the product in a timely manner.

If you guys used your card - report the transaction ASAP!!!! I was so excited about this for my wife but either it is a scam or a piece of S H I T business. No true response, no way to contact. I hope whomever created this “real site” gets what they deserve. Taking money from people around the Holidays is no good in my book. Everyone fight for your money back and hope this individual/s get what they deserve. It’s a disgrace

No product delivery. No response. No refund. A total Scam.

As the title says, they demanded an ID from me, after having purchased a $250 product, postponing shipping. Unethical, unreliable and unprofessional business practices. Do not approach RevoMadic.

This company is a scam. They won’t send the product and they won’t cancel. I should have looked deeper into this company before buying—don’t make the same mistake I did. Horrible service and experience.

I ordered this product on 12/12. It never shipped for Christmas so I asked them to just cancel the order. They refused. They still haven't shipped it. I have emailed, left voicemails (because no one ever answers), used the online form on the site and tried the chat feature (no one ever showed up for that either). Worst customer service EVER!!

I ordered this item on Dec. 1 and after weeks of back and forth with the company, I finally received it on the 28th of December. Mind you, through a series of emails they gave the usual excuses about it being the holidays, being backed up, etc. However, when I told the I just wanted a refund, they told me that I had to wait on the package, return it, and that there were circumstances under which a refund may not be granted. Finally, I gave up trying to cancel the order, and they told me they would give me a 5% refund (which would be about $6) and I told them I would accept it. When I finally got the package, I told them I wanted the $6 credit to Paypal and they refused, telling Paypal that the sale was completed as promised. Hardly -- unless you consider 4 weeks of waiting and complaining "completed as promised."

Seems to be the same as other people. Ordered product Dec 15 still not shipped. No email reply and do not pick up the phone. Clearly a scam - paid through PayPal and they logged the purchase as a recurring service so wont allow me to open a dispute.
