HORRIBLE COMPANY! It took 39 days for my order to arrive. When I initially contacted the company they took forever to respond and stated my order had yet to be processed so I responded with “cancel my order” because on their website it states in order to cancel an order it has to be before the processing has started . They took forever to respond and then told me it’s too late the order was processed. I continued to repeatedly email and only receive blanketed responses. Now that the order is here they won’t let me return it because it was during a holiday sale and no where did it state no returns due to sale. When I explained they are picking and choosing what guidelines they want to stick to because 39 days is wayyyy outside of their stated processing and delivery time now it’s alll about company guidelines so returns are not allowed and they said sorry we’ll make a note on improving communication.

Possibly the worst experience I've had shopping on the Internet ever. I saw all the ads as they were everywhere. I placed an order on Dec 29th. Didn't ship for two weeks so I tried to cancel, just simple, refund me I'll buy another brand. Was told they couldn't cancel the order. Well as of today, the 19th it still hasn't shipped. I also received an email saying my "bonus" items wouldn't ship for an additional 2-3 weeks. Went ahead and disputed with my bank. Do not buy from them, btw this is one of only 4 review ever.

Fraudulent company. I purchased from them 18 days ago and they have never sent my items. Customer service is non existent. Having to file complaints work the BBB and my credit card company to get my money back. Buyer Beware!

Worst customer support ever. Refuse to cancel order after weeks. Then refuse to allow a return or refund of the order. This is a scam, avoid at all costs.

This company doesn’t respond in a timely manner and refuses to accept returns or cancellations. It took over a month to receive the package. This company is a scam - do not order.

Don't waste your money! Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, and it hasn't shipped. They won't cancel it, claiming it's being processed. I decided to dispute the charge, as others on Facebook report the same issue.

It’s a great product and everytime I use it I can see a difference!

I have a couple of their products and love them. They are affordable and easy to use for an athletic like myself.
