This system works great when it works. However, if the internet goes down (even for a short period of time), the system needs to be rebooted. That would not that big of a deal but we have to homes and a big problem rebooting system at the home we are not at.

Great company to buy from. I am a newbie when it comes to camera companies, most of the stuff I bought from Amazon and they are garbage quality. Because amazon is not the seller, they cannot provide the quality customer service that buying directly from Revo can.

I love it, very easy to set up, looks good and audio is good too, great customer service, I call today because power cable on one of the cameras wasn’t working, person on the phone was super friendly, immediately told me he was going to send me a replacement with out any question or charge.

Bought Rivo wireless. Cameras are excellent, but the wireless hardware is slow and the mobile app hangs often. The is very basic desktop support. A bit disappointing for the potential the system has.

Bought a wireless security system with 5 megapixel cameras. Picture quality is poor. Playback doesn’t even run smooth. Built with cheap internal parts.

I have written to customer service twice with no response.

This is my 3rd REVO system and I have been very pleased with all of them. The latest is just remarkable quality for a reasonable price.

Great cámaras and excellent price
