I am very happy with the picture quality

I researched security cameras for a long time as there are many to choose from. I found REVO AMERICA and their reputation was excellent. I ordered a 4 camera system. After installation I had a few minor problems. REVO support is excellent! One of the reasons I went with them. No matter how many times I called with questions they were always there to help me. No waiting for call backs or emails to walk you through it. They even sent me four higher quality camers at no charge. From start to finish REVO has been excellent, especially their support team. Highly recommend them!!

I'm on my 3rd NVR for my system. You never know if it will work. Cops needed video of a guy getting hit and killed on his bicycle but I couldn't produce it because my NVR had malfunctioned again. Their "technical support" is a joke, at best.

I love nice cameras good pictures

The website was easy to use, the pricing was good and the order was shipped promptly.

Cameras are good, and the recording software is reliable enough, but the customer support is almost non-existent (no replies to online requests 2 weeks later), and the software is dated (still uses ActiveX technology, long killed off by Microsoft).

Have had great experience with Revo!. Had to call tech support when the electrician wired the cameras but the question was quickly answered and my system works great!. Very vivid recordings. I do wish I had color night vision but still recording is clear at night. I purchased the whole system $525 well worth the price. Monitor / 4 cameras and the NVR. The electrician said he was going to get the same system - due to how impressed he was! Thanks Revo!!

Cameras are fine, good quality picture, packing not so good my box arrived torn, bottom tape was cut.
