Havent figured it out enough to really give a review... It may be us but haven’t quite figured out how to make it work properly

i ordered cameras the 29th of june, rec'd and email to call because the name didn't match the adress they had on file. I called and was advised there was a concern the order was fraudulent. I assured her it wasn't so she said she would get the cameras would make it into the mail the next day. 3 weeks later wondering where my order was at, called to find out the cameras were back ordered and were scheduled to arrive there on the 25th of July. They would be sent then... There was no communication from them and I still haven't rec'd my order.

Prices can’t be beat. Quick processing, weird contract with FedEx. Overall happy with transaction

I'm torn about this review... I've had a Revo system for about 7 years. It has worked perfectly and I LOVE it. One of the cameras recently went out and I ordered a replacement on July 2. It is now July 23 and it still hasn't shipped. I called on July 18 and a gentleman told me that they were behind because of the holiday sale. I called again yesterday (July 22nd) and a gentleman on the phone told me that it was backordered and would be in around July 25. That would have been nice to know around July 3rd. I love their products, but their communication skills could use some work.

Great system. I would buy it again.

I have had my system for almost a year and I had a camera get stuck on night vision and sent it in to be repaired and at the time I Bought to other new cameras and all three didn't work and I contacted them online and got nowhere And a couple of days pasted and I get an email for a very nice salesman and explained everything and he sent me three new camera's . now I just need the dvr to come back from repair Hope it is soon

I love everything REVO I’ve had your cameras in my stores for years ! I wouldn’t buy anything else
