I Called for a tech support, Person answered didnt even wants to know whats going on with the cameras. All he said i have to buy new DVR. i asked him, can you let me know if its dvr or Camera and he goes like, you may have to buy new dvr and new camera without trouble shooting the problem. very unhappy with the support

I’ve used REVO products for over 10 years and there a great bang for the buck also the tech support is fantastic.

Excellent product easy to install and operate!

Giving 2 stars only because I received the product. I ordered cameras around Aug. 8-9, immediately got an email saying the order was processing. I had no other correspondence until a few days ago when I called, and the customer support rep said they couldn’t see my order but they would call me back. A few hours later I get an email that my order shipped. When I sent an email asking what happened, the response was that the product was back ordered and they just received the new supply to ship out. Pretty convenient that the new supply arrived and my product shipped an hour after I called to complain.

Not sure if you referring to Home Depot experience but I am only trying to get a copy of a receipt (credit Issued 6-5-19 to our company was told I would get a link--but instead I got you/this. So not good . Sharon Smith Accounting Dept. Payables.

I had done a lot of research before making this purchase. I had read mixed reviews, but this seemed to be the best pick for what I needed. I made my purchase. I waited a week and it finally arrived. I then got it out and started reading through everything. The manual was huge and very confusing. I plugged in the disc into my computer, downloaded the software and what came up didn't look anything like what was in this huge book of crap. I finally got one camera to link, but it would basically capture a still frame and not move. Not exactly what I was expecting. I then called customer support. After over an hour on the phone (he was very nice but didn't seem very knowledgeable), he decided that I had received a bad board. He said he was going to send another one out immediately and send me a label to return this one. I received the label the next day but didn't hear anything about the system. I went to FedEx 12 days later (busy schedule) and when I realized that it had been that long and I hadn't received my new system, I called support back. They then told me that the system that I ordered was on backorder and they didn't know when it would be shipped out. I asked for a refund, to which this person said he would immediately put it through and I should see it on my card in 24-48 hours. 2 days later I called and was then told that I had to wait for my refund until the unit was checked back in and everything was there. None of this was ever communicated to me. Not that the system was on backorder, not that I had to wait for a refund, nothing. I'll never know if this product is worth anything, but I do know that their communication is not worth anything. One month of headaches and I still don't have a security system. All I can say is SAD.

I have used a Revo security system for years with no issues. Always get customer service when I call to get help. Just added two new cameras to my 16 channel system...…...

Keep up the great work, I love the Revo systems I have, they work great and with the great support when one goes down, what else could one ask for.
