Great customer support highly recommend easily to install dvr system best customer support period

Products I ordered were not in stock but website said everything was IN STOCK …… NO one sent email or called to let me know there would be delay's because of back order. I had to call twice to find out what was going on.

Better night vision system

Very good products, this is my 2nd Surveillance unit, fantastic support.

I was out on FMLA and was informed that a product i ordered a month before was on back order(never was informed through email or phone) and that I would no have it in time for my install.

The customer service representative spent a substantial amount of time helping me with my problem. It took several different approaches to find a solution to my problem- the trouble was compounded by my ISP blocking messages that I was not able to disable.

Great Products and Service Is Perfect

Knowledgeable representatives and support staff have been helping me with my Revo equipment for 8 years. I was so happy to finally upgrade to a digital HD system. We are VERY happy with the product, the image quality, the web access and the user-friendly interface...and the price was very fair. Thanks, Revo!
