I bought a ps3 controller used from them in initial game play controller worked ok but after 30 min the controller was messing up I contacted them and to give brief video and explained what was happening. The very next day they put another controller in the mail and it works great. Didn't even ask for broken controller back

Product came as expected and working well

The psp I received came with a generic little cord, not an actual psp charger. The game will not charge. I spent quite some time driving a round the city to find a real psp charger and this did not help. I called retro v games and they did not pick up. I left a voice mail and later I got a text from them asking me to send a video of it not charging. Which is stupid. I called again and a man told me he would submit my refund request and they would follow up by text the next day. This was a week ago I never got any text and now no one answers the phone. Hugely disappointing experience as this was a gift for my kid. I would give zero stars.

Complete Scam , Run away and do not deal with them. They scammed me for 200 dollars . I bought a bad ds, they tricked me into shipping it to some 3rd party scammer , and now tell me ..... too bad. Complete junk they sell. Check their BBB reviews.

Total Scam !! - This place ripped me off for 200 dollars . They tricked me into returning everything i purchased then they told me I was not authorized to return the whole order. They told me Too Bad !
