Once a package is with our shipping partners (who are third-party carriers), the delivery timeframe is unfortunately outside of our direct control. Delays, especially during busy periods like the holidays, can occur. Regarding the consoles, we choose to source Japanese models and convert them for North American use because they often offer better value and condition.
