The server hardware is okay

The server hardware is okay, but the technical support is horrible. They just dropped plugin files into the server and refused to help properly configure or execute the startup scripts. They didn't even bother to verify if the plugin was actually running or working properly. How do you expect a customer to stay with your service when you don't even make sure they can fully utilize and benefit from it? Zero effort to resolve execution conflicts. Definitely looking for another hosting provider.

I’ve personally gone through your support tickets, and I can see our team acted in good faith and did what was asked of them. They confirmed Isle-VOIP is supported on our Linux servers, installed the plugin library and launch script on your server, and confirmed both were in place when you asked us to check, all within a day of your request. Isle-VOIP is a third-party mod, so some of the remaining setup steps live on their side and are covered in their Linux guide, which we shared in your ticket. That said, I know proximity VOIP is a big part of what you’re building, and it’s not fully working for you yet. That matters to us, and I’d genuinely love the opportunity to help you get it over the line. Your ticket is still open, and I’d be happy to personally take a look. I’ve used other hosts over the years running rust servers.. icedhost, tempest, and pine. Physgun is by far my favorite in every aspect. Help is quick and effective. Friendly staff. Quality products. Highly recommend!

Good support
I paid a server to show my friends what a physgun has to offer in terms of protection and options. Once I was done with that, I asked for a refund; the support was great and clear on their refund policy

Reliable Service
PhysGun has a solid backend for their game servers, but their VPS servers have weird problems here and there. However, whenever a technical issue arises, their support team is very responsive, so the issues are usually not a cross-day affair. Overall, it is a pretty good service for people who want to host a game server.

Service was excellent
Service was excellent! Setting up a Palworld server for my partner and I as well as uploading the save we had started over LAN and getting the settings fixed to match was easy. Only had to cancel due to financial reasons and will likely go back to them once we're able to/will use them for other games as needed as well!
