Words cannot express how infuriated I am with this company. Long story short, I ordered a PS3 with backwards compatibility in July and they sent me the wrong model 3 different times. They wanted me to pay for shipping back the second incorrect model and now after all that they are going to charge me a 10% restocking fee because they could not fulfill my order (it is now August, a month later). They have wasted my time, resources, and money for one simple order. They take no accountability and insult their customers with their "policies". Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a Twilight Princess for the Gamecube and it was $199.99 and when it arrived I was surprised that it was just just disc no box not even a sleeve it was in! On the shipping envelope it said DO NOT BEND! It was wrapped in plastic wrap! For that price I expect much better as I have order less priced Gamecube games and actually received it in the case! This is my first and my last experience with this company as I will NOT be ordering again!

They do not test their products, complete bullshit. Xbox came, didn't even turn on, order a replacement, disc tray doesn't work, had to remind them to send the 2 controllers for it I ordered, got 1, the other was for an entirely different console. Help line will put you on hold for 10+ mins only to hang up on you the instant it goes through. Even though I returned the item and asked for a refund they refused to give me my money back because even though they have the package, if you didn't get a tracking number with it and sent to them, they will not give you your money back. Complete waste of time. No wonder all your 5-star reviews are fake.

I’d rate this a zero if I could. Bought a 240 dollar game back in November, once it was in my area they said it couldn’t be delivered and would be returned to sender. I asked for a refund, they said to give it some time due to the holidays. Never received the refund after 8 months. I should’ve disputed it with my bank but I trusted them to refund me out of the kindness of my heart. Seems like they’ve done this to a lot of people.

Shithole company. They sold me a 360 system that red ringed within 5 hrs of using then completely blew off my request for my warranty to be used. Hope the company closes down so no other people have to get scammed by the losers who run this company

​❌ Absolute Trash – Sent a Counterfeit, Moldy Controller! ​I am incredibly disappointed with Retro V Gaming. I paid for an official, authentic PlayStation 3 controller, but what they sent to my house is a complete joke. ​First off, the controller is a blatant counterfeit, not an official Sony product like they claimed. To make matters worse, the power cord they threw in is absolutely disgusting—it is covered in visible mold and decay. It looks so bad that it honestly feels like a safety hazard to even plug it into my console. ​Asking me to leave a review after shipping out this kind of hazardous bull crap is wild. Do not buy from them if you are expecting actual authentic, clean gear. Absolute rip-off.

Never have reviewed anything ever but I think yall should know. Bought 3 different Pokémon games and received only one bc they for some reason wanted to send them all individually(no box and all just the cartridges) and still failed to receive the order nearly 2 months later do to “reshipment issues”either way 591$ not well spent. Only 1 of the 3 games have actually showed up :( Ps: I will say my copy of soul silver is in good condition and legit but still at what cost

Thay took over 3 months to get me my refund! Thay never could get it right so no cash refund i had to finally insist on a PS 1 and the 6 memory card?Alan the man who helped me out is great person this company is lucky to have him!
