Thank you Meri for the great review. Theses are the same retainers every one of my patients get after their braces are removed. The only difference is you had to take a great impression and you obviously did a perfect job!

Fast delivery of both the impression kit, and the retainers. The process of creating the impressions was easy. I did e-mail to ask if I was supposed to remove the impressions from the tray or not (FYI, no you do not remove them from the trays!) before mailing, as instructions weren't clear on this. I received a reply quickly, within a few hours. The retainers themselves fit really well. Overall, I'm very happy and will definitely use retainersdirect again, in the future.

I must say I got value for my money. For a fraction of the cost of what I would have paid at my orthodontist, I got a upper retainer made. Only set back is I had to redo the mould. Retainer fits perfectly. I plan on ordering lower retainer from retainers direct when they have another promotion going.
