I was honestly really hesitant about buying a replacement retainer online, but I'm really glad I took a chance and worked with Retainers Direct. Their prices are very good, the impression kit and instructions are clear and helpful, and the retainer quality is top of the line. The first top retainer I got didn't fit onto my teeth well at all, even after I tried to sand down some edges to make it fit, but since the bottom fit very well, I contacted customer service instead of deciding it was an expensive failed experiment. Customer service and Dr. Haltom were super friendly and very helpful and had me take another impression (with the leftovers of my original kit) and the new top retainer fits beautifully. Retainers Direct was a joy to work with and I appreciate their hard work.

The retainer itself is wonderful and fits well now, but there was a week between when I sent the molds in and when I received the retainer. Because of that, it fit horribly at first and caused a lot of pain. One morning my mouth was actually bleeding a bit from it. I know that may not be the company’s fault at all and it may just be the shipping company, but it still made the experience much worse. Other than the delayed shipping, my experience was amazing.

Good quality and price

Retainers arrived in a timely manner. Bottoms fit perfectly but top is not as snug and is slightly off a little. Did 2 impressions for the top as the 1st did not look good to me. 2nd impression was much better but seems not enough impression material goes into the 2 front teeth mold. Considering getting a new top retainer .

Very happy to have discovered Retainers Direct! I had lost my original retainer and the appointment alone to get fitted for a replacement was over $300! The speed and the process that Retainers Direct utilizes is incredible! The end product is great as well as the personal attention to the customer!! One the best discoveries I've ever made. I also have a missing front tooth and the molded retainer fits great!
