Too tight
Too tight. Don't use if you have metal fillings like me. My tooth #14 cracked after wearing this retainer for about 10 days. Now I have a crown.

Our retainers are made from a BPA free polypropylene plastic that is .040 inches in thickness. This is a standard material in clear orthodontic retainers. It is a very light plastic does does conform to the teeth intimately but should never cause pain or break teeth. I have made these retainers for my patients for 15 years in my office and have never broken a patients tooth. These retainers are simply the same retainers that orthodontists all over the country make for their patients every day. The difference with retainers Direct is our retainers are made from an impression taken by the customer. This ads an extra hurdle to the process and it can cause some issues which may require new impressions or slight trimming of the retainers.
