Resume ProfsReviews of resumeprofs.com

Highly recommend! Communication, process and timely delivery was tremendous.

Hi, I'm really appreciate your dedicated work. I work for the employee of federal government. When I contacted Resume Profs, they're ready for the help whatever I need at the very reasonable price and responded my questions in a timely manner. Resume Profs work as a team to help their customers. Once I asked them to help, I did not worry about my resume. Just follow their advice one by one. They did the rest of work. Best regards, Curtis C Kim. ps. I'd like their service very much with a good format & creative method.

Absolute convenience it was. 25 years of experience have been incorporated with such professionalism. Absolute return of investment .Well done job by Duke, Leon and Ethan.

I loved offering services from these guys and they are quite a user friendly

DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS, THEY ARE A FRAUD, takes your money and dont have a refund policy.

Resume Profs made it easy to download my current resume and provide updates. The finished product was very nice and I am looking forward to getting it out in front of recruiters at my company! The only thing I would suggest, and the only thing that made it four out of five stars, is better communication. I only ever received an email telling me the first draft was done. I added comments to the original draft, but then I waited a week and never heard anything. So, I logged on and chatted with my writer and he stated it would be done in a few hours. Again, I received no email, I had to log on and see if it was completed. I then let him know it looked good and to proceed with the final draft, and once again, I never received email feedback? So for improvements to the process, I would suggest constant email contact with the client so they know exactly what is going on in the process and when the resume is complete. Overall, a good experience and I have already recommended them to friends.

I would highly recommend their service. They were fast, professional and affordable. The lines of communication were open and effective. Resume Profs did an awesome job on my resume!!

Leon David did such a great job! I was very impressed with the final product and how quickly he got it done.
