Response time was good. But the way some things were formatted, I questioned the way some things were and requested them be corrected. I would think, this being a professional resume writer that they would know the best way to write the content.

Had a good overall experience in a desperate time crunch. They were very accommodating in going back and changing things on my resume that needed updated!

I came to Jeff Farrell with a last minute resume request and he was able to revamp my old resume and add new content within 2 hours. He lifted a big load off of my stressful day. He is simply amazing!

I felt the final product was perfect and everything that I asked. I’m not sure if mine took longer than others but it was a full 5 days and I had a feeling it would take that long. I was not given any progress though while it was being worked on and I wasn’t exactly happy with that but overall, I would highly recommend this company.

The fact that after just few communications the writer was able to capture my strengths and knowledge, then portrait me on paper better than I ever could.
