Hi Timothy, We are really sorry to hear about your terrible experience. It sounds like the document you received from our team was not in line with what you were expecting and your dispute was not taken care of. We are really sorry to hear about the hassle. Our customer care manager, Duke Boseman, would like to personally speak with you. Will it be possible for you to kindly get in touch with me at [email protected] and send me your User Name and Order ID? I will review this matter personally and raise a dispute to ensure that you and no other client in the future has to face the same issue. Best regards, Eliza Brooks

Outstanding service, highly recommend. I haven't had to use a resume in over twenty years and now find myself out of work due to the COVID-19 virus. I needed an expert to look at the things I have done in my career and put it in a logical order that would attract interest from potential new organizations. Working with the writer they took the time to understand my specific needs and built a resume designed for me and my talents. Additionally, they updated my Linkedin profile so that I would have a well-rounded CV for anyone looking at me. Thank you for your outstanding support and creative writing.
