I have not submitted my resume yet so I don't know how it will be received but I am disappointed by the lack of detail on the "final" resume that was meant to be delivered by EOD Friday to then be submitted to the job I had sent them. I had specifically asked for that as the deadline in order to keep my order, and unfortunately the team didn't meet my expectations or time restrictions. Reviewing the content, I am happy that they tailored it to the specific job description and I am sure it will give me an advantage once I am able to submit it. However, because of the way they format it in Word, I am not as easily able to fix the mistakes they made in order to submit my resume by the deadline I gave them. My recommendation is to ask them to format using typical text boxes and not the "drawing" tool in Word, as it is clunkier to fix.

I would recommend using their team to help get you started with the resume process. They are extremely fast and respond quickly to requests and feedback. However, the cover letter and resume I received were of poor quality. The first couple of drafts had grammar mistakes, run-on sentences, and some of the content didn't really make any sense. My biggest issue was that the resume had small margins that cut off a significant amount of information when printed -- which was flagged by a prospective employer and was pretty embarrassing. In the end, I had to rewrite and reorganize a good portion of the material though I really like the finished product. I think it would have been better if I could have had a conversation with the writer about what I was looking for, it was clear that the writers had no idea about key terms or information needed for my career path.

I was eager to get my resume updated and found these guys. Seemed promising and eager to work on my projects. $200 for resume, cover letter and LinkedIn. It seemed like I was constantly asking for an update. Heard it was a technical problem then they asked me to send my current resume, again. The work they did was decent however most items used was words from my prior one. Then I was promised I would see it the next day. I kept asking because why say you will provide something however have no intention of completion. Excuse after excuse. Resume previews came and it mentioned hotel industry work however clearly from my prior info aviation has been my path of career for 18 years. Still waiting on LinkedIn update however one recommend this group to anyone else as others used companies and got their info back fairly quickly, good quality work.
