I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Alex Wilson as he was in charge of my resume. He worked with all my requests and was very helpful making sure I was happy with the end result of my resume. I am very happy with the final result. I do highly recommend Resume Profs and also highly recommend Mr. Alex Wilson for developing anybody's resume.

Alex Wilson who was assigned my resume not only demonstrated excellent skills but reflected the skill and experience in a wonderful resume that he did for me.
I am very satisfied with his job and would recommend him to my friends and family time and again.

I paid $239 for a professionally written resume in May 2020, I have sent several emails asking for the finished product without any response, I opened a dispute on their website with no response, they basically stole my money

The first attempt to resume service, not Satisfied👇
It's very unprofessional. You're going to be pissed off!
They don't give you professional advice, on resumes, on Cover Letter, even on LinkedIn.
·I think it's easy to make mistakes in one hour. They need 24 hours. OK, it's OK. But the modification received is still wrong. Won't they check it? I pointed out the same mistake again, and they won't apologize to you. It also took a long time to modify very small things.
I don't give you anything to say you're ready! Every time you have to urge, you urge, he replied to you 15-20 minutes to submit to you, you must say yes, otherwise you will not receive anything and go to urge him. Do you know?
-My project includes Resume, Cover Letter, and Linkedin。
AND they just make me doubt their professionalism!
-
It's kind of annoying to take the time to write about this, okay?
I'm so pissed that I paid so much to get this.
-
Ultimately, you have to make your own changes. I've seen videos on how to optimize your LinkedIn page.
-
And then compare their LinkedIn services?
I haven't seen my job title updated. What does it say, assistant? That's not the job I want, okay?
My latest work experience turns out to be Freelance? What? I'm a full-time employee, okay?
(3) My personal expertise has not been updated.
All three of the above do not match my resume!
What are they doing?
The videos on the web are even more professional than they are. What's wrong with that?!!!
As a result, I would definitely need to re-do by myself
________
So I summarize several reasons not to recommend them, the speed is very slow, you do not urge them, they will not submit your manuscript.
They won't give you professional advice, so you'd better revise better, or tell them clearly what you want.
(3) Your works, will give you the cycle to drag a long time, so if you want to get the document soon? I mean, you probably already have a resume that doesn't need a lot of work.

I got EXECUTIVE RESUME $350.00
I got EXECUTIVE RESUME $350.00
I got my draft in 4 days, then the second edition and the third edition were all in one day. You need to urge him to revise the later version.
People in the sales department are always very enthusiastic.
They are friendly when they hand in their papers, but if you don't receive their documents, remind them.
They may delay submission
The whole project will take a long time, at least three weeks.
The rest is OK, keep communication w them

I worked with Alex Wilson- Excellent service
I worked with Alex Wilson. He is very responsive and helpful.
When I started the process, I was little bit frustrated seeing no modifications then to learn they are only checking with me on content accuracy.
So if you are like me, be patient give them chance and time.
Once content is agreed upon, they did marvelous job of rephrasing and consolidating the resume.
At the end of the day you need to be very active and its your CV, they are there to guide and provide you industry standard inputs. Its your choice. They worked with until I am fully satisfied.
When ever I had concern Alex jumped right away and helped me.
I would strongly recommend using them.

My entire experience was not…Good
My entire experience was not professional. I was told multiple times that I was going to get a revision or that my project drafts will be sent. I went almost 2 weeks at one point waiting for any update at all on the portal. The communication was not good. In addition, I did not like any of the templates (which was fine) so I provided a purchased template that I was told can be used. It got "lost" twice and my final draft was on a random template I never chose. When I asked if they had my resume template I provided they said they did. 'Then why didn't it get used?' Lastly, now that I have what is considered the "final product" I compared it to my previous resume and all of my job descriptions are word for word what I had already written. The whole point of hiring a professional service is to improve my previous one (not copy it) and to shorten it. Neither happened. I am highly unsatisfied and requested my money back so I can start this whole process again, elsewhere.

Copy and paste service, errors
Cover letter was a generic, copy and paste template. Both resume and cover letter were riddled with grammatical errors, inconsistent structuring. The feedback was given & they sent back a copy with more thought, but also more errors. They also called to explain that it was “just a draft” (as if that makes errors of that kind any less embarrassing). Unusable to professionally send to a hiring manager. If I could attach photos, I would.
