Resume ProfsReviews of resumeprofs.com

I contacted this company after being disappointed with another. After the initial conversation I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service skills. I was contacted every step of the way which made me feel included in the process. The finish product was designed especially for me depicting my skills and abilities, I am excited for my professional future. I will definitely recommend this company.

Steve Gilbert was an exceptional partner for creating my new resume. He was detailed, creative, involved, responsive, and he worked with me to develop a resume that was best for me. I am very impressed with his ability to translate my work history into a story line that is relevant and strategic to today's environment. Many thanks Steve!!

Very professional service! Very good resume/cover letter/Linkedin service.

I signed up with resume profs last week. Today, I already gave in upgraded resume, cover letter and assistance to update my LinkedIn. Fabulous!!! Amazing and fast. Steve Gilbert Thank you kindly for All your support 👍

Awful, a tremendous waste of money. The first resume and cover letter had sentences that did even make sense. They got me a different writer, better but not even worth my time to revise and finish. Get examples from Indeed and do it yourself.

Steve Gilbert, was a pleasure to work with. His quick responses and patience was worth every penny! I feel confident reentering the job market, with a resume that not only highlights my skills, but also one that should I need any revisions or updates, I know where to turn. Many thanks, Steve for your timeliness and help, creating a stellar resume and LinkedIN for me.

I really appreciate the ease of the process, although it was a lengthily one. I've worked with Alex, and Steve Gilbert who provides excellent customer service, and rapid assistance when needed. These guys were awesome!

I did not have a good experience working with resume profs. They claim to have a quick turnaround but it took two weeks for me to receive the first draft of my resume. The resume had typos and errors as well as sentences that didn't make sense. I decided to just use my original resume then work with them anymore. I requested to get a refund as they offer a 100% money back guarantee. This is where the process got very shady. I got bounced around to 5 different people asking why I wanted my refund and then finally the last person I spoke to said they would honor it and send me an email confirmation. The email never came so I decided to call back. Now they said they would not offer me a refund as I had approved the resume. This of course was a lie as I had only received my first draft. Again I had to go through the same process getting bounced around to multiple people. They said they would have to review my case and call me back, resulting in me never getting a call back. So I had to call back again to which they said they would offer me half my money back and I said that was unacceptable. I was fed up so I said if I don"t get my refund I would report them as fraud to my bank and contact the FTC. Two minutes later I received an email stating that I would be getting a full refund. Its been two weeks now and I still have not received my refund. This company is a total scam, save yourself the headache and go with someone else.
