I really like the service. Very fast and on time for enhancing my resume. Would like to recommend Resume Profs.

This resume service is terrible. Several deadlines were missed and when the resume finally came to me, it was literally gibberish. Spelling and grammatical errors everywhere, the content was poor and did not make sense at all. I had to rewrite the entire thing. I asked for a full refund, which I was promised and never received, then used their chat window several times several months later, always with a promise of someone getting back to me, and my account refunded, but nothing ever happens. I would literally never recommend this company to anyone unless you simply want to throw your money away.

I order a resume and cover letter on 11/18. Someone called me and assisted me with payment and submitting additional information. I completed and paid. I was told I would get receive it by Friday(anytime), as I have in interview Monday morning. I online chat with someone and they informed they don't work on weekends. WHAT!!! If I would have know that I would not have used this service. Plus they are not located in the US. This is an outsourced business to another country. I am highly upset as I paid for something that will not be delivered when I need it the most. I will post another review once I receive the resume and cover letter.

They were fast at making the edits to my resume.

Please do not use this service. I paid them $378 for a resume, cover letter, Linkedin profile and to post to jobs on my behalf. All I received after going back and forth with them is a poorly done resume and cover letter. They never did the Linkedin profile or responded to several request as to what jobs the posted my resume for. They have very poor follow up and when a refund was requested, did nothing but say they would check on the status and get back to me. They gave me that same answer both times I made an inquiry. As of the date of this review, I have not received a refund.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. The writing was terrible. The first paragraph of my cover letter was one long incomplete sentence. I've been trying to get my money back, and they keep making promises that something will happen soon. It never does. I always have to call them back.

On 9/17/2020 I paid for a rush resume. I was told it would be done 9/18/2020. I paid extra for this. On 9/18/2020, there was no resume. I was told that the first draft would be completed on Monday 9/21. I informed them that this was not acceptable, that I needed a refund. I was told I would get one. Monday the 21st rolls around, and there is no refund. I went back and forth for weeks being told that I would receive a refund. Still nothing. It is almost 2 months later. Their customer service keeps telling me they have sent the money to my bank. The bank confirmed this is a lie. ResumeProfs keeps saying they are getting an ARN number to send to me. They have been saying this for 2 months. This company is a scam. Their address listed is a FedEx mailbox. A press release stated that their head of content is Regina Phalange. That is the pseudonym Phoebe Buffay uses in the sitcom "Friends". I would believe that these trustpilot reviews are phony as well. I submitted a claim to my credit card company, but because of the nature of this I will not get anything back from them until December. I am currently working to find out which country they are actually located in, and maybe we can get them shut down by their webhost. I live in NY, which means I live in a one-party consent state. I recorded these conversations, so please reach out if you would like an audio file of them agreeing to refund me back in September. I also find it on that they will put people on hold to talk to their "financial department", but won't allow me to talk with them. Update: Feb 5, 2021. Still no refund.

Firstly I like to say that Alex from Resume Profs was very pushy about getting me to work with them. I was contacted at least 3-4 times a day until I paid for a service. I needed a cover letter, resume and linked-in profile uplift. This was my package. After my resume and cover letter was done, which I was satisfied with, Steve kept suggesting that I do a review for them. I was hesitant at first because all the services I paid for wasn't complete. I gave in and gave them a very nice review. I had to contact them twice to began optimizing my linked-in account. Once it was done, they didn't update it much other than changing my about and adding my new job. They didn't change or re-word my heading and they have all my job locations incorrect. It is not what is on my resume that they did. I don't know what happened, but I just turned 2 of my colleagues away from their service. They are not trust worthy and efficient in my opinion. Their follow thru is unprofessional. It's been over 2 weeks and I can't even debut my new position until I take the time to go in and fix it. But I paid Resume Profs to do this for me. Never again!
