I thought the girl worked with me went above and beyond to make sure everything went correctly and smoothly kept me informed about everything she does a great job. I forget her name right now, but she was a real sweetheart about everything my thanks to her and your company really appreciate you.

Great service, they really pretty attention to detail. I had placed an order and had the wrong lids for the containers I was purchasing. I was contacted within hours of placing the order, asking if I wanted to get the correct lids instead. They took care of everything, and my order arrived timely with the correct lids.

It was quite the fiasco to get my purchased meat slicer, but what made it all worthwhile was the store representative Joe, who stayed in constant contact with me and went above and beyond to get my purchase to me, he needs a raise!
