I had a question with my purchase, reached out and heard back within a couple of hours. The Resparked rep was so friendly, professional and responsive. My question was answered and they even came back later to see if everything was all right with my order. I have to say that I have not experienced this level of customer service in a long time. It was superior!

you charged my account two times for my order ! why

I ordered the etching kit as a gift for my daughter-in-law. Along with that I ordered 2 $25 gift cards so she can decide what she may need to pursue this art. The kit came very quickly but I was at a loss as to how to acquire the gift cards. So I contacted Respark.com and asked if they send me tangible cards or are they delivered electronically. Customer Service responded immediately, sent me the e-cards. I managed to print them, place them in a Christmas Card and secured so that our daughter can use them as soon as she acquires them. Many thanks for an all-around friendly, conscientious effort to address my concerns right away. What an awesome experience. No stress, only good vibes. Sincerely, Barb

Polite ..effective..accommodating everything you want from customer service!

UPDATE: I'm still waiting for what this company promised to ship to make this the kit I originally ordered. *********************************** I don't like that I placed an order and didn't get what I ordered. I was told the kit I received was better and battery lasts longer. I told customer service that I would like that option to chose if I wanted different. I ordered the kit with bonus 30 bits and mastery guide etc...i get the less expensive one with 15 bits. After back/forth chat online I was told I'll get a buffer set free ($20 value). I requested the correct kit that I ordered or the bonus 30 pc bits to be sent. NOTHING! I could've ordered cheaper kits from other brands but after researching, this was it. So I thought. Is this false advertisement when I bought this as a black Friday sale online and they don't follow through and send out something different? Not happy being deceived. I even sent them screenshots of my actual order!

I accidentally ordered something extra and I easily emailed customer support and it was fixed in no time! They responded quickly. Thanks!
