My shipment did not arrive although the last mile delivery company said they did. I contacted contact support of the supplier to request a solution. They asked me to check a few things that I did. At the end I contacted the last mile deliverer and all I got was a picture of my letterbox. My letterbox is approved to receive middle large packets. As I mentioned no package was delivered. To keep it short: I provided the feedback and they immediate concluded something went wrong but not on my side. As a professional company should do take a decision. They did and decided to ship again the chosen product to me. Once again a bolt but fantastic customer focused decision. Now I’m waiting to receive the goods. Thanks for your superb support and thorough investigation and decision. Roy

Roy, thank you for explaining everything so clearly 💛 We know how stressful it is when tracking says “delivered” and there’s nothing there, so we’re glad we could step in and take responsibility on our end. We truly appreciate your patience and trust — we hope your new shipment reaches you smoothly this time.

Amazing customer service, pen stopped working after 1mth, I sent video of it not working the promptness and clear instructions of all replies had me stunned!!! They also offered me a gree upgrade which blew me away! More businesses need to take a page from their book. The pen itself is amazing, wr had hours and hours of fun with it, my kids are obsessed, I would highly recommend it!!

Wow — this made us smile big 💛 We know how disappointing it is when something stops working, so getting you back to creating (and adding a little surprise) felt like the right move. Hearing that your kids are obsessed and you’ve had hours of fun with it means everything — thank you for the love and recommendation.

New user and can't even say how great the response was to my questions/suggestions. Immediately replied, gave me invaluable instructions on but usage, pattern transfer, different applications and all with positive suggestions to enhance my project.
