I had a contract with Resolve to help me find a J1 waiver job on the east coast 1hr from a metro area and I signed a job right outside Boston. I started my search really late in January 2018 and most of the good J1 areas were taken. They sent out hundreds of emails and I finally signed at a job which was not even advertised and they found the job by emailing the hospital directly. In my situation, I feel happy to have asked them for help and with their Manpower they got me a really good job. They are a little expensive but they do offer a really good service and as opposed to living in the middle of nowhere and a poor paying job I would take this deal any day. My Physician Placement Coordinator was Paige, she was just amazing. She helped with interview prep, CV, Cover letter and addressed to all of my questions/concerns and guiding me with her experience. She was the icing on the cake. They also have a lawyer who reviewed multiple contracts with me who I would definitely recommend too,

Kyle Claussen was a class act and helped me understand the averages for my specialty and geographic area. He reviewed the initial contact offer and we spoke on the phone for about 45 minutes discussing what was important to me, what he usually asks for his clients, what stood out in the contract, etc.

Resolve Physician Agency was extremely helpful in assisting me to navigate the process for searching for jobs coming out of training. They helped offload some of the work, helped me to identify opportunities that I may not have found on my own and reach a much more broad group of employers and they helped coach me about how to successfully prepare for interviews. Additionally, the ability to have my offers and contracts reviewed by an experience attorney was extremely valuable. On top of this, they were always polite, patient with my schedule, flexible in coordinating all necessary arrangements and all around pleasant to work with. I'm glad I chose the Resolve package. The flat rate, the fast service and the convenience is incomparable. The lawyer that I had the pleasure to work with was Justin and he is very good. He is both professional and caring. I was on a very tight schedule. He accommodated that and had everything ready super fast. Though I didn't end up using his negotiation service, the peace of mind with him reviewing everything with highlights and suggestions is worth the package fee.
