Kyle has been amazing to help me navigate through the negotiation process. I had received 2 offers from 2 different hospital systems which were both very enticing. He was every thorough and attentive despite receiving thousands of emails from me everyday. He remained focused and composed while replying to my questions and how to proceed with the negotiation process. At the end, I declined my top choice which later became my second choice after their stiff approach to the bargaining table. Not only do I end up with the stronger of the 2 hospital system, Kyle’s presence had my sign on bonus increased from 5% of gross salary to 15%. Of note, this hospital system is not known to be open to any type of negotiation. I strongly recommend Kyle for any type contract review!!

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! Was able to speak with lawyer directly and discuss my concerns and what was important to me about the potential new position. Attorney went through entire contract with me and pointed out key information in the contract and then gave his recommendations. The company updated the contract and returned to me for review. I then forwarded to attorney for final review. This was a painless process thanks to the outstanding support from Resolve. Highly recommend!!!
