Let me start by saying that working with Lauren was a fantastic experience! She helped me consider both obvious and less obvious portions of my contract to know exactly what I was legally agreeing to. She was able to clearly explain these points and made sure I was comfortable with our approach and request before negotiating with my future employer. To that point, she worked amicably with my future employer in negotiations to reach a fair package acceptable to both parties. I was understandably apprehensive about asking for compensation and benefits in excess of the original offer presented to me and that’s where Lauren was able to step in and help advocate for me. I can easily say that the fee was more than negated by the additional compensation she helped me secure.
