I worked with Zach the contract lawyer and it was a seamless process with negotiations. Zach was very professional, timely and helpful especially as this is my first time ever working with a lawyer. We were able to get to a very favorable agreement with my now new employer. Using Resolve in general as been great as I was able to speak with benefits analyst Todd and also use the cool risk tool to see what parts of the contract could use some negotiating. Having the MGMA data to compare salaries and other benefits helps too!
