My attorney (Skyler Michelson) did a fantastic job advocating for me. He made my first contract negotiation a smooth process and overall very successful. The staff at Resolve Legal are very prompt in terms of communication as well. I would highly recommend them (and Sykler!) to any physician.

Worked with Zach Beare twice and both times he went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t get royally screwed over in contract negotiations. Took my concerns seriously and painstakingly reviewed every draft with quick turnaround time. Always available, professional, friendly, and polite. Would highly recommend.

The best experience I have ever had working with an attorney on any issue. Skyler was prompt, very knowledgeable, and gave great advice! I started with another firm paying $600/hr and was not impressed. I took a chance on Resolve and it was great. Recommend Skyler highly.

Lauren was phenomenal! Really enjoyed working with her and would recommend highly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent First-Time Contract Experience with attorney Zach This was my first-ever contract, and I had zero knowledge going in. From our first call, Zach asked open-ended questions, really listened to my goals, and gently shared his professional opinions instead of overwhelming me with legal terms. He returned a detailed redline within a day and even drafted an email for me to send to the recruiter. When a mix-up happened — the recruiter uploaded the wrong contract and claimed it was “updated per attorney comments” — Zach stayed calm and proactive. He clarified he’d never been contacted, offered to call the recruiter himself, and quickly confirmed it was an honest mistake. He then reviewed the corrected version and ensured every major change was in place. Zach’s combination of knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend — 5/5!

Had a great experience with Bryce, he helped me with contract review and negotiation and made the process very smooth. He was knowledgeable, always approachable and easy to reach. I definitely recommend this service.

From scheduling calls with my lawyer to the speed with which they provided revisions or email responses, I was very happy with how easy the process was. They provided excellent advice and insight at each step of the process and were able to answer all of my questions.

Brady is fantastic. Prompt response and knowledgeable about the medical field. He was able to help me negotiate over 50k+ extra through base salary, sign on, and other areas of compensation. He also explained the contract to me and helped me understand any areas of limitation. Would highly recommend! As a resident physician, Its worth the money in the long run.
