RESIHOME is the worst company. I was approved for the property on March 14th and paid the holding deposit of $500. My original move-in date was 3/28. I received a text saying my move-in date is being changed to 3/29(Good Friday). On the day of move-in, I discovered there was no water. The account with Conservice was supposed to have been set up before a tenant move date and reached out to Conservice to find that my Property Manager had not created an account with Conservice. RESIHOME collected a $100 One time admin fee. $40 One Time Conservice set up fee and $9.99 Monthly Conservice Fee and it's 4/2 and still no water. I have reached out to my property manager and no one has contacted me or tried to get this issue resolved. I am having to deal with Conservice and NCWSA myself and I paid RESIHOME for these setups. This has been the worst property management I have dealt with. No concerns for the current residence at all. I bet Jasmine/Anel/Liz has water and living comfortably. No professionalism at all and poor customer service.

RESIHOME (Georgia) is the worse company, I've moved into. Be AWARE...DO NOT MOVE INTO RESIHOME. The application process was simple. The move in process was and is a disaster. On my tour day (Sunday) the home was not clean. You can tell a tenant had just moved out. The next day (Monday) was my move in date. I notified RESIHOME and informed them of my findings. I had already paid a company to move me on my move in date. Had to cancel. The home wasn't ready. I was told the home will be cleaned for the next day which was a Tuesday. I reserve and picked up my U-Haul because now I have to move myself and I started moving out from my previous home. I was told the home will be ready for me to move in on Tuesday but the housekeeper will be at the home to clean after 5:00PM. I can't move at night. Who gives keys to move in after 5:00 PM?? I had to pay my move in fees to gain access to the house which I didn't want to do before seeing the home. I paid my fees. I gained access to the home and I go to ensure the house was cleaned. The house was still filthy. I emailed RESIHOME and I requested for my move in fees to be returned to me or give me an option to move into another home. They refuse. My back was against the wall because I had no where else to move my things and I had paid my fees. On Wednesday I had to move my furniture into a nasty home. They sent a maintenance person over to fix things but not to clean. I had to clean the home myself. The garage fob doesn't work, garage smelled like dogs, nothing was cleaned. Bathroom (tubs & toilet) were dirty, stove and oven dirty, the refrigerator dirty, the home has a roach problem, toilet seats need to be replaced. Walls half painted, ceiling fan dusty, grease stains on the walls in the kitchen. The home WAS NOT MOVE in ready. I was told by Logan that a refund would be issued for me renting the U-Haul for several days due to the home not being move in ready . No response. They couldn't have performed a move out inspection on the previous tenant because if they had. The nastiness of the home would have been known. After each tenant. A home should be professionally cleaned, if pets are involved carpet should be replaced and or deep cleaned, exterminator and etc. How can you show a new tenant a dirty unsanitized home and force me to move in without compromising. This move in process was and is extremely stressful and unfair. I'm very unsatisfied with this company. I wish I could give them Zero stars. Be AWARE...DONT MOVE WITH RESIHOME

Where do I start.... since these ido!ts have taken over from ocean services in Cornwall, all I've had is services charges and rental increases. We were all told that nothing would change, another lie. They absolutely do nothing to deserve the increase. We have the grass cut once a month in the summer and nothing else. We even have to pay for street lights yes thats correct, street lights to see how bad and dangerous the brick flooring on the estate has become. £477.38 each household per year. Three large housing estates they've taken charge of. That's lot for just cutting a patch of communal grass, afew Street lights, when they work. And estate insurance. Disgraceful company. Rotten wooden fences that havent been touched in 17 years. Estate insurance aswell as our home insurance ( I can do that cheaper myself) RESI, this company says alot about how we are going to be thrown into poverty by these criminals. Where are our local British companies gone. Services charges are a rip off. Stay well clear of buying a house from theses criminals.

I was trying to rent a home from them..I got the lights on in the home but as they kept rushing me to move into the home before I get the rest of the money up I changed my mind and I called the light company to cut off the lights at that home before I knew the next following week I got a light bill for $267 and i reach out to the lady that rent the home out to me ..to see who going to pay this bill because I have not moved into the home I cancel the light. She had a bad attitude ..so it look like they have that light meter up too high for a bill to be that high in a week time now they don't want to help with this bill and I have to pay this bill this is really crazy..

If it were possible to give negative stars I would. From beginning to end it was awful dealing with Resihomes. They tack on extra fees for everything they can think of. Renters are not allowed to get utility services in their own names. Resihomes gets them in their name and then charges the renter an extra fee every month for this “service”. There was an extra monthly fee for the keyless entry that was on the front door. The back door and door into the garage could not be accessed with a physical key. They charged a “processing fee” every month rent. When I moved in there were wasps in and outside the house. Spiders Everywhere. I asked for pest control and was told it was my responsibility. Air conditioner broke. Took eight days and MULTIPLE calls to get help. Icemaker broke. Repairman tried to fix it twice but it wasn’t working. The thing made shrieking then knocking noises every few hours for the last few months we lived there. The repairman apologized and told me he told Resihomes they would have to replace the whole refrigerator to make it stop. They told him that was too costly. At move out time I had the whole house professionally cleaned. I tried to get a rep from Resihomes to come for a move out inspection and was told they were too busy and someone would come out in a few weeks. I moved out on June 30th. I was charged July rent and utilities. When I brought it to someone’s attention they said they were just so busy they forgot to fix it. I have been going back and forth with Resihomes for six months about how much of my deposit I am owed. My deposit was somewhere around $1700. After my last month’s utilities, two pair of blinds, drywall repair, repainting and cleaning of the entire house, they say I’m due back around $130. And they still haven’t sent it to me. At this point I don’t even care about the money I just want every person on earth to never use them. I didn’t do my homework before I rented from them and I paid the price. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!

I love the Resihome team! Taylor, Lauren and Chris are great! Taylor was always so courteous and professional, Lauren was always easily accessible and helpful and Chris... He is one of a kind. (in a good way) He mounted my flat screen tv on the wall for me and refused to except a tip from me. I wasnt even expecting him to do that for me but he did and did a great job. Greatest team ever. Thanks you guys!

Follow up. Resihome does not honor what they promote. Great customer service…. Not at all. Everyone in the GA office is not looking out for the customer. Quality Service. They will tell you to put tickets in but not do the work!! Safety…. Require a ring service and make you pay $30. We still don’t have this fully operational and it’s been 2 months. Don’t care about your safety. Garage door. Tech was at the house and said whoever put this door in did not do it to code and he could not leave until it was fixed. One would think a good service would have had this checked prior to allow anyone in the house. Tech said someone could have been seriously injured by this door. You think someone from the GA office would have called us to apologize for this… surly not!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
