I never write reviews about renting--RUN!!
I don’t usually go for long reviews, so I'll keep this straight to the point. I've dealt with many landlords over the years. Most are okay, a few aren't great, but none have been as bad as Resihome. It was a nightmare just to see the place. Calls went unanswered, and the flippant agents on their 1-800 number seemed to know nothing. Move-in was even worse.Key delivery was delayed, my lease had incorrect details, and the place was dirty. The agent, The real estate agent assigned to us, Lakesha, was not helpful and often compounded the issues. Since moving in, communication continues to be a huge problem. Getting a decent response from the property management team is rare. When they do reply, it’s usually with a dismissive "Sorry, submit another ticket." And the frequent mistakes with my rent are unbelievable. I’m usually pretty laid-back and can make do, but seriously, if you’ve paid the application fee, consider it lost and look elsewhere. Renting from Resihome is likely something you’ll regret.

SEND HELP
We need help and no one is willing to help. No, one has sent a temporary unit or anything. We have been without air since Wed. We are suffering and this company doesn't seem to care. I'm going to report Resi homes. I've only been living here for 3 1/2 weeks and feel like this is one of the worst decisions I could've made. The vendor stated he doesn't know when he will get a part and Resi just sent an email saying the rent is due. That is a slap in the face. Send help! My dog is struggling to breath. We spent all of our money until I get paid to move in and this is what we get.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
Ive been renting with this company since December 2023. The application process was a breeze but the move in not so great. Did not have access to my home for hours after due to smart code not being provided. I thought that was a one off but slowly but surely as the months went by I noticed electrical issues, plumbing and pest concerns. We had a bad storm here and it rained for hours. Then water began leaking from the ceiling and the store ended there were several spots on the ceiling from water leaking. Submitted a maintenance request that took several days before anyone came out and when they did it was just a band-aid repair. I can hear water dripping in attic after any rain. I can only imagine what it looks like up there or in the walls. The only reason I renewed is because my kids love the neighborhood and their schools. Recently I lost access my resident portal and can no longer see my payment ledger or balance due and each month I get a text message or call telling me a different balance and no explanation of how the balance was generated. Utilities are no longer through conserve but are in my name, so I should only have rent due each month now additional fees or utilities. NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE WHO CAN HELP. PROPERTY MANAGERS DO NOT ANSWER OR RESPOND TO EMAILS OR TEXT. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH THREATS OF EVICTION.

A living nightmare.
Resihome moved us into a home that was infested with brown recluse spiders. We have found dozens, and they won’t let us leave.
We thought resihome couldn’t be as bad as these reviews said… we were wrong.
They will be hearing from our legal representatives. We also fully intend to ensure our story is also heard by online communities, in order to prevent others from enduring unsafe living conditions.

Saw a video on Rumble about what a…
Saw a video on Rumble about what a nightmare this company is. Remember the World Economic Forum says by 2030 you will own nothing and be happy. You will rent everything including the clothes on your back. Scam companies are making this vision a reality. Sure go ahead and complain here but here are steps you can and must take. SUE, SUE, SUE and then involve these organization within the areas you live.
Better Business Bureau (BBB): You can file a complaint against ResiHome through the BBB’s website. They have a process to help guide you through filing a complaint and will work to facilitate communication between you and the company.
State Agency: Each state has an agency that addresses tenant rights. You can find help from your state’s agency, which may provide links to resources such as your attorney general or housing agency, and your state tenant rights handbook.
Legal Aid: If you feel that legal action might be necessary, you can seek affordable legal aid. Lawyers can provide advice on how to proceed with your complaint and represent you if needed.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): If HUD insures or manages the property where you live, you can report the landlord’s negligence or fraud to HUD’s Multifamily Housing Complaint Line.
Local Housing Authorities: Contact your local housing authorities as they may have additional resources and complaint procedures for rental issues.
Remember to gather all relevant documentation, such as communication records, lease agreements, and evidence of the issues you’re facing, as these will support your case when filing a complaint. It’s important to know your rights as a tenant and to stand up for those rights when necessary. Stay persistent and make sure your voice is heard.

SCAM SCAM SCAM 🚨🚨🚨 DO NOT RENT ….
SCAM SCAM SCAM 🚨🚨🚨 DO NOT RENT I really wish I had researched more before applying…..My family applied March 28th and moved in on the 29th. We’ve only been renting for almost two weeks now and it’s been a nightmare. House filled with cockroaches and spiders and they are refusing to break the lease, we want to go badly. We are uncomfortable and don’t feel safe from germs and infectious viruses and diseases from these insects. Plumbing issues and electrical problems. I have a minor child and we are not about to live in a home that requires constant spraying of pesticides everyday. Property management is nasty and heartless and no way of reaching upper management or cooperate . They will charge you for things not in the property and constantly ignore complaints. This is illegal and cold to be taking peoples hard working money for homes not livable

I am beyond frustrated with the move…
I am beyond frustrated with the move out report charges.
The move out inspection checklist clearly states anything beyond normal where and tear needs to be repaired. Nothing in that home that I moved out off was beyond normal wear and tear!
The fact that I had the house detailed cleaned, carpets cleaned, lawn cut, bushes trimmed, no trash left behind, appliances cleaned and no holes, broken blinds, etc. is outrageous to charge me for normal wear and tear and things that were there prior to my move in!
I was charged for 4 scuffs being on the walls, a few leaves being on the front porch, paint wearing out on the kitchen cabinets (was there prior to my move in and was even documented on my move in inspection), replacing light bulbs that weren’t out but were a not white on the outside (they were the correct color as far as daylight or soft white but because the outer glass was clear, I was charged), I was also charged a home refresher fee because I didn’t leave a receipt for the house being professionally cleaned even though the move out checklist stated only the carpets had to be professionally cleaned (which I had done)!
I was also charged for the shelf falling even though you can see in the pictures that the proper screws weren’t used when it was originally installed!
$207 to “refresh clean” the home since there was no receipt that the entire house was professionally cleaned. I was told due to no receipt, they had to rewipe down all counters, bathrooms, etc. and sweep the porch again because they weren’t sure if I did it….EVEN THOUGH I SENT MOVE OUT PICTURES!
It was no kids, an entire family, or pets in the home. It was me and my occasional care giver because I have been suffering from my disability for over a year now. That house was given back to ResiHomes better than how I received it.
I just didn’t think this company would nickel and dime a tenant who did everything they requested on their move out inspection to the T! I was a great tenant even though I didn’t want to stay there because I wasn’t given a key to the door and had to struggle all year to remember a code to a door.
I asked what was the normal wear and tear allowance given for each property and i was told there wasn’t one! I was told the tenant is charged for everything including normal wear and tear.
The house was sanitized, floors mopped, carpets professionally cleaned, all light bulbs working aside from the 1 I couldn’t reach, and I had the grass cut and bushes trimmed as the move out checklist required and still was charged almost $500 in bogus fees! I even have pictures of bulbs in the sockets in my move out pictures and the technician they sent to inspect the home took my bulbs out and took a picture and said there was no bulb!
