Hoping anyone will listen. I was working with Emil in the past who I have now learned no longer works for Resihome. I have been living in a nightmare in this house since the end of September. My current problem consists of the backyard faucet leaking for months - it has been "fixed" by contractors and still leaks. The guy that came today says he cannot fix it without ripping out the drywall of the laundry room. He is not allowed to do this until it is approved so it continues to fill buckets of water. The fence that was rotted was replaced - with all the old fencing with nails left in my front yard - my 5 year old tripped and fell and scraped his stomach on the nails. I have photos of this as well. When we moved in the flooring was broken and uneven and my youngest cut her feet open on it. I have been waiting on broken windows to be fixed since September. Your lead construction manager was here in December when my walls had to be ripped out to find the dead animals and mold and clean out and repair it - this connected the our master shower that caved in full of dirt and mold.... We had no shower for 3 months..... Then the contractors that fixed it dumped concrete int he front yard all throughout the grass..... This is just scratching the surface. No one at this company returns calls. I need a phone call - I am posting reviews of this company on every site on can in hopes no one makes the same mistake. Oh I forgot - this house was code violated by the city. I have close to 40 repair requests.... This is unacceptable - my next step is an attorney with the fair housing laws and the slum lord laws. I want a phone call ASAP - I cannot fathom you do business this way. Don't worry I have photos of EVERYTHING if needed and every code violation and correspondence with your company.

The house is substandard and is missing light fixtures/fans + repurposed sinks and fixtures. The lawn sucks as does the driveway. We had to leave the house 1 week after moving in becuz of plumbing issues (hotel bills totaled $12000) and these pukes would not reimburse us. Filed a complaint with FL AG.

I got no review of how any systems in the home work. The lawn is almost 18 inches long. All cable hookups taken out of home. House was not cleaned as per lease agreement. Very disappointed with this rental company. Oh and also being charged a 2% fee to pay rent. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER rent from Resihome again.

Easy to apply for. But the customer service is awful. I had to constantly call to get updates. Near the end, I called their HQ and they told me my leasing agent was out of the office that day. As they attempted to work on my issue, she "miraculously" showed up and said she'd work on my case and get back with me...no callback hours later and she never answered my calls or emails. When I was at my wit's end and about to cancel, that same leasing agent placed me "on hold" but they didn't hit the hold button correctly. I continued to listen for 10 more minutes as she laughed with people, told someone she didn't have anything to tell me, and even asked someone in the room if they were hot or cold. I am so glad it didn't work out. Don't be fooled by them...RUN RUN RUN to ANY other company! Positive notes: I paid them $3500 before I even got a lease and the day I asked for a refund they refunded me $3350 within a couple of hours. Also, Justin Lovejoy (portfolio manager) tried to help me numerous times attempting to get me my lease so I could move in. I would've loved to continue working with him. The rest of the company needs to learn from his customer service etiquette.
