Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We truly appreciate you giving Residence Supply a chance, especially after being on the fence about placing your order. We completely understand how concerning it must have been to receive only part of your chandelier without knowing it would arrive in two separate crates. We sincerely apologize for that confusion and appreciate your feedback—it’s a great reminder of how important proactive communication is, and we’ll continue working to improve that experience. We're so glad our team was able to provide the answers you needed quickly and that the second shipment arrived safely and in perfect condition. Hearing that your Wamble Chandelier is now installed, shining beautifully, and that both you and your clients are thrilled with the final result truly makes our day. Your recognition of our team's responsiveness and communication means a great deal, especially coming from someone managing a long residential remodel with multiple vendors. We know how valuable timely updates are, and we're honored that our team was able to make your job just a little easier. Thank you again for your trust, your patience, and your kind recommendation. We look forward to being part of many more of your projects in the future. Sincerely, Residence Supply
