Hi there, I’m sorry to hear about your frustration, and I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We want to assist you further and find the best possible solution. Could you please provide your order number? This will help us look into the details and better understand how we can help. The restocking fee is in place to cover necessary costs, including packaging, labor, inspection, and quality control once the item is returned. As for the return timeframe, we calculate the 14-day return period from the delivery date, not the order date, to ensure customers have enough time to inspect their purchase. Regarding the instructions, I sincerely apologize for the delay in providing an English version. I completely understand how this could have been frustrating, and I’ll be happy to escalate this internally to ensure better support in the future. Looking forward to your response so we can assist you further. Sincerely, Residence Supply
