Nice quality!
Good: Nice quality! Bad (edited): They offer $20 for leaving a review. I left this one, and clicked on "claim coupon code" which led to "Something went wrong, please try again later." So, no $20 for me I guess. Not going to bother with trying to contact customer service, not worth the headache.

Beautiful Functional Art
The product is great. It looks great in the space. It is artistic and a sure-fire conversation piece. What the company can do better is to ensure that proper installation instructions are included with the product. We had a hard deadline for the install; the electrician had to wing it in regard to the assembly and installation because there were no instructions.

Superb customer service
Superb customer service! Response is quick and helpful by email. I only bought dimmers but can’t say dimmers work well with LEDs with low power, some cause flickering or poor response

The product was taking longer than…
The product was taking longer than expected, so I reached out to customer service. I worked with Ann who was great and explained that the items I ordered were custom and needed more processing time than communicated on the website. She talked to the various teams involved in updating me on a timeline and got the responses needed to give me a clear update on the situation and timeline. Ann was great and I appreciate her! The website needs to work on its clarity; after I pressed the order, I was contacted to pay more as the website didn't process the order correctly, and then my ETA was updated post-order.
