Always a pleasure when I receive your items

Before submitting my order, I didn’t notice that there was an additional charge of $9.95 for damage protection. After inquiring about it, I got an email right away explaining, “In cases packages are damaged during transit and how they handle them - we can file claims which usually take up to 3 months :( With Damage Protection though, we would not need to wait for the dispute investigation from the courier - when it arrives damaged to you, just send us photos or a video clip - we can immediately process the replacement then :)” I appreciate the prompt and very considerate customer service communications with me and an option to delete that protection; but I realized that since the package was coming from China, I saw an advantage to getting the damage protection. I LOVE the Crystal Eye Table Lamps. They really help to brighten up a wall that is very dark and far away from windows.

We ordered wall mounted reading lights for our bedroom in black and antique gold. It took sometime for the lights to be delivered. It was worth the wait as the lights turned out to be really beautiful. Well made product.

I first had a few issues that needed to have been resolved. I was actually frustrated to the point of cancelling my orders and not ordering anything more but after speaking with Johanna, I entirely changed my mind. she was super helpful and professional! It is only because of her that I am now a happy customer. She is a great asset to the company and should be praised!!

Our school purchase stadium lights from Residence Supply. We recently installed them and tried them out. They are fantastic. I appreciate how Scott worked with us to make this happen.

Dealing with this company was a breeze. We ordered a significant amount of lights and only 1 of 30 had a issue which they immediately sent a replacement.

I' m a total idiot when it comes to this tech stuff. The guys at Residence Supply were amazing. I called multiple times they were always patient and guided me to the right projects. The lights are installed and they are incredible.

They made it easy. To configure under cabinet lighting for us. Very helpful taking the time to answer our questions etc. We had only one issue with the switch, called them & they swapped it out with a new one under warranty. I highly recommend them.
