The company is very good at replying to inquiries in a timely way. I received my dimmers and they work great. I love them so far. The chandelier I purchased didn't end up having all the parts I needed, so the hunt for that continues, though they made the return process very easy. Thank you.

Love my new lamp
Love my new lamp! The only tough thing was the instructions were super minimal - I eventually figured it out, but would have loved a little more detail on the install instructions - and a warmed light bulb, but overall I am LOVING my new lamp & the vibe in my dining room.

Great Selection
RS has a selection that I haven't found anywhere else on the internet. But some items are pricy to say the least.

Overall love it
Overall love it, outside is gorgeous but they advertise it as "no plastic" and the inside is all plastic. One even arrived broken although they did replace promptly. Its not worth the price given it IS actually plastic but its pretty!

Customer service is incredible helpful, shout out to FAITH.
Customer service is incredible helpful! Faith was awesome helping me with multiple orders for my project and keeping me informed of ETA's and such. The website is a little hard to navigate when trying to order different configurations for switches and dimmers. Many items that are marked "available" are actually out of stock and take a long time to be back in stock and the worse part is that you do not know this information until after you place the order.

Product is great overall
Product is great overall, but i didnt clearly see where the lumens was listed and the light isn't as bright as I had hoped. My application is one in a small stairwell, I think if I had about 7 of these, it would have been a fit, but it wasn't possible. It is a great accent light if you just need it to see the stairs.

My rep was responsive and the product is beautiful, but my order was wrong and they did not immediately make it right - making my clients miss their install deadline.

I did have to call multiple times, but I was eventually helped with the specific switch I needed that wasn't yet listed on their website.
