We are currently in the process of improving Customer Experience as we surely would not want to cause any disappointments to our customers. We understand your concerns and frustration regarding the status of your refund. However, we want to clarify that due to the chargeback you initiated with your bank, we are unable to process the refund directly through our system. Chargebacks involve a formal dispute process with your bank, and once initiated, they take precedence over our refund process. Our Policy states that once an item is shipped out, we can no longer cancel your order: https://residencesupply.com/pages/return-policy Despite the policy, we were happy to process the 50% refund to you and the other 50% once you received the package and returned back to our warehouse - but you refused and demanded 100% right away. Nevertheless, we're committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. We'd like to discuss this with you further to find a solution. Our Customer Service Manager has reached out to you via email and we understand your reluctance to provide your phone number, but direct communication would greatly facilitate a resolution. It is unfortunate that you were not able to receive your package due to the INCORRECT Shipping Address you have provided us when you placed your order in our website. Upon placing your order, we have sent you an Invoice which states the Shipping Address you have given us. As we have mentioned to you on our conversations, we're truly sorry that the mistake on providing the wrong address have caused you inconvenience - we never want this to happen to any of our customers as we strive hard to deliver the best possible experience. However, this is something beyond our control as we can only deliver to the Shipping Address customers have provided. You have placed the order on Feb 26th, our Shipping Time is 15-20 Business Days which is clearly stated on our website. The package was successfully delivered to the Shipping Address you gave on March 22nd (19 Business Days after placing the order). We did our best to deliver right on time - regrettably you were unable to receive your order due to the Incorrect Shipping Address given to us. We fully understand how frustrating it could be that we are unable to get you a refund as your order was successfully delivered to the address you have given. On our website, it is clearly stated that we cannot be held responsible for lost or unclaimed parcels due to incorrect address details: https://residencesupply.com/pages/shipping-policy We have informed you that we are willing to help out and process the Refund for you - we went to check how far the address you provided from your place (24-minute-drive) and sent you the instructions from Google Map as we are inclined to go beyond our duties just to be of help to our customers.
