Here's a summary of what we’ve done so far and the current status: Return Labels: We provided the return labels within 24 hours of your request to ensure you could return the stools promptly. Refund Process: Once all the stools were returned to our warehouse, we processed the refund. For the five stools, the refund was issued as soon as they arrived. Final Package: There was one final package with four stools that arrived a bit later. As soon as this package was received at our warehouse, we promptly issued the refund for these stools as well. I understand that waiting for updates can be frustrating, and I’m sorry for any delay in communication during this process. Our goal is always to ensure a satisfactory resolution for our customers, and I regret that this wasn’t reflected in your experience.
