I booked a hotel reservation through Reservation Stays and purchased the extended refund policy. A few days before our trip, my daughter got very ill, and I submitted a request for refund through the website as instructed. I provided a letter from my child’s doctor, explaining her illness and that she would be unable to travel. Not only was my request denied, the company did not provide any sort of contact number. This company is a total and complete scam. Do not ever book a reservation through them, you will most definitely be sorry.

It's a scam. I tried canceling the reservations immediately and no one answers to cancel. It looks like its part of the Hilton website. Out $1500.00. Don't use it. I canceled directly with the real phone number of the Hilton. However, credit card is already charged. Reported fraud and canceled my card. Don't use it!

Scam website that looks like hotel website. Offers full refund if reservation cancelled within 24hrs. I cancelled immediately I realized this was not hotel website and my money was sent to "my account" at Super.com for "future bookings". Impossible to reach anyone in customer service. SCAM and I am out more than $500

I’m hours from getting on a plane to go to Vegas and checked my Caesars app to find out my reservation was cancelled! Why, not sure. When, not sure! There has been zero communication from this company and now all of a sudden they won’t answer the phone. They don’t really offer a great deal anyway.

I called to inquire about a hotel as all were booked in the area. I gave the attendant my credit card information after he found a room and immediately informed him not to charge my card as i had a gift certificate to the hotel. He said ok all is good. I got to the hotel and the card had already been charged. The room i had reserved and payed for was not available.

This company is full of baloney. They make you go through hoops to get money back and then hold some telling you it's in the terms and conditions. When you read all that you cannot find anything relating to what they said and they will not clarify. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

My husband booked a hotel room on this website under the mistaken impression that it was the hotel's official website. We needed to change the date; when we did so, we elected to save the payment for the original reservation as a credit, believing that it was applied to the hotel. It was not. Rather, it was applied to a future reservation through reservationstays, which allows 30 days for use. We therefore felt forced to use the site again in order to access the amount of the payment, but even after I clicked on "apply credit," the booking still charged the full amount to a credit card. The agent on the phone advised that once the reservation had been made, there was no way to retroactively apply the credit.
