Sigh, same as everyone else. But I can confirm the hotel does have my booking and is expecting me. I have raised this with my bank so will see what happens. Please don't use this site. Edit to add: Just arrived at the hotel, booking I made was for a deluxe room, they had me down for a single, my quoted online price was £270 and the hotel said the room was only £220, and it was clearly stated breakfast was included, it is not...

Absolute scam. Do not book through these. Always check that you are on the genuine hotel website. I have just been charged almost double what I should have been charged. The confirmation email quoted the price in US dollars. The hotel could do nothing to help as this was a third party website and nothing to do with them. I have notified the bank and can dispute the payment but have not been able to block it.

This site is absolute scam. Presents rooms as if they are the hotel, charges in USD despite showing the amount in local currency, then charges a completely different amount to that a amount, and to top it off then has the gall to charge a separate booking fee . Shame on Google for allowing them to advertise in the first place.

Let me start by saying if I can give this company a negative I would it is absolutelyfraudulent. This company appears to be directly from the hotel. When I booked yesterday, the cost was almost double once the amount was removed from my bank. I bought in Toronto Ont and was charged in US dollars but with a huge amount added. Then another charge was at it for their service fees, which is bullshit. Called to try and cancel and they were gonna charge me another $150 plus keep my money to cancelCan nothing be done to stop this scam ?

I had to give one star but it doesn't deserve any. This is an evil vile thief, watch out when you book it will piggyback the site your on. I was on booking.com they hijacked the site. I was booking a room on my phone when I got a call, after I finished the call I went back to the form and didn't realise it had been hijacked. It said your room rate as now been reduced to £45 per night I thought that was very decent of them and carried on with the payment details. I was not aware at any moment that this was a totally different company. They said they would email the details which they did in US dollars they had charged me another £90 in sterling on top of the room rates. These are the lowest form of any kind of life on earth, dirt scum and filth. Please beware! I need to add you cannot contact this company phones don't work neither does email! They also go under hotel values. Come and hotelsbedspain.s.l.u. I give them a ticket to hell with the money they robbed me of.

SCAM ALERT! At first website appears as if it was from the hotel itself. You will be charged more than disclosed when submitting your details which is illegal in the EU! I logged a complaint but didn't hear back yet. I will report this to trading standards both in the EU and USA!
