Would like to give them minus 5 stars - absolute con and looked as if I was booking on the Days Inn official website. Surprisingly the Days Inn I booked for does have my reservation but I paid £25 more than I should have. So angry I fell for it!!! Won't happen again. They need taking down.

We made a reservation for the Hampton Inn at Stanstead, the price as €113, but after agreeing to pay the price changed to USD, and increased to $200. We didn't approve on the banking app but it still charged my card. We tried to cancel but it didn't work. This website is a scam.

Complete SCAM Booked a Sofitel Heathrow room in GBP at a rate I agreed to and immediately they charged me almost double and in USD, subject to US taxes. I am in the UK booking a room in the UK, why would I agree to USD rate?! Immediately screen shot the Amex notifications that popped up on my phone, started a dispute and AMEX supported them with evidence that looks like I agreed to a USD rate. I strongly denied this, I agreed to GBP at around £180. Then over $350 was taken and it somehow changed to USD automatically when I clicked pay. Amex have reopened BUT they cannot continue to get away with this. I have spoken to Sofitel themselves about this, they said the company is a massive issue as they pretend to be the hotels own booking system when they aren’t. I am not the only one and the reviews back this up

Complete scam. No response to emails. Contacted the hotel directly. They have no dealings with Reservationcentre.com

Total scam, took my money, can’t cancel, can’t contact them. Charged more than what was advertised.
