Minus score. Booked for a hotel advertised as £116 went to payment with that price. They debited £186.00. Message 3 times and then message on Facebook an emailed. Will contact my bank now as fraudulent. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I don't even know if I've got a legitimate booking now and way over priced

Fraud. Plain and simply. They offered a room in Radisson Blue Hotel London Stansted Airport for EUR 159 and charged EUR 252. I sent them an email to request the urgent cancellation. They never replied.

Well we made the reservation thinking we were on the Marriott site. 10 min later found it was the wrong weekend we call immediately and were told we would be still charged the full price even if we cancelled just 15 min after we booked it. Complete Scam of a company.

I can only repeat what I read in most of these ratings: A total scam! Don’t book anything through this platform!!! It pretends to be the hotel website you are looking for and it shows a good room rate. When you click “Book Now” the room rate disappears and you are asked to fill in your data and payment info. In the next step you realize that they charged your bank account already at almost double the price they showed in the beginning!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

Thought I was bookimg on the website of the hote Bonaventure in Montreal, Canada and ended up on the yrl of hotelbonaventurereservationcenter.con The réservation was taken and they charged me in $US. This means I paid carence échange fées on the transaction and by mu Cad credit card. I was charged an extra administration fee. I immediately called them and they told me Cancelation was impossible. Cancelation is possible up to 24h prior to your stay if you book directly on the hotel web site. I found out that they réservéd via Priceline.com.

I fell for the scam, too. Once and never again.

This a fraudulous site, pretending to achieve reservations for hotels (in this case in Brussels, Belgium). The amount is debited from the credit card. False information is given about cancellation possibilities, in fact not possible. Filed a complaint at my credit card's company.
