Thought i was booking through the hotel with room priced at £102 but on checking my bank thry have taken £159 and unable to cancel as i would have lost my money. Even more concerning is amount of scam texts and calls from what is supposed to be my bank looking for more details. Stay away from this lot Fu##ing Crooks

Fui engañada por un representante que me atendió una llamada telefónica el 13 de julio del presente año su nombre es Felipe Ortiz yo había llamado supuestamente American Airlines y me contestó esta persona que me mintió para que yo pagara por un servicio cuya no cobra absolutamente nada, faltaban horas para nuestro vuelo y no podia hacer checking online y llame para q me ayudaran y el Señor Felipe tuvo acceso al sistema de la Aerolinea se hizo pasar por un funcionario de American Airlines y me cobro 350 dólares por corregir mi apellido que no estaba bien en la reservación del boleto, y no solo me estafo me pidió que hicera una reseña sobre su servicio, yo sin saber, ignorando lo que estaba sucediendo acepte y puse un review de su servicio, me dijo q sino pagaba esa cantidad mo ina a poder montarme en el avión y yo no tuve alternativa, luego en el aeropuerto me dice una trabajadora que eso es imposible, que nunca ellos cobran por eso, tengan mucho cuidado este hombre envia emails y tiene despues las “pruebas” de que han aceptado haver dichos pagos y yo puse la disputa en el banco y no resolvieron nada, no quiero imaginar la cantidad de personas que son estafadas de esta manera y por gente como este señor, que sin duda es un hacker o realmente trabaja para la aerolínea y conoce y tiene acceso al sistema, y se aprovecha para cobrar

I thought I was booking through the hotel website and was quoted $337 for 2 night in Sydney. The reservation email was sent in US$ and I was charged $1058. 😳 Thieving bastards. I am a disability pensioner and this is so upsetting. Can’t contact them at all numbers disconnected. Such a scam! 🤬

I booked a room through these people. Told me my room would be £113 when i checked my bank it was £180 they took out. I rang them and spoke to a range of people,i could cancel but wouldnt get any money back,or keep resevation. Iv never paid anyone where you cant get a full refund,i had only booked it minutes before. Another company taking money from people that work hard. Absolutley disgusting. There was nothing on any of the booking that said it would charge more or on any of the paperwork i recieved. Dont use them as there dishonest,why would you not give someone there money back.

When booking I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. When the cost came up in dollars I assumed it was a main hub for booking this chain of hotels. I had no confirmation of the booking by email so got a little concerned and went back to the site and cancelled more or less immediately. Again no email. I then received a message from my bank to say that the company were trying to take an additional payment without my consent, so they blocked it - thankfully. I have sent messages to them but not once have I had a reply. This is a scam. I wish I had read the reviews first. Lesson learnt. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

ReservationsCenter.com (a/k/a hotelvalues.com) appears to deceptively depict itself as the actual hotel website you're searching for on Google. It listed room offerings without indicating they are prepaid bookings not reservations. Charges exorbitant fees (of up to $138 for 2 rooms in my case) especially when compared to other booking sites (which are clearly marked as such). The site did not CLEARLY note that the reservation was prepaid. I was not notified that this was a PREPAID booking until I receive the email confirmation. I promptly called the customer service dept. who indicated this site was affiliated with Priceline.com and an unnamed 3rd party, to object and voiced my intent was to make a reservation at the hotel directly and to NOT prepay for the rooms. Was on the phone with the customer support person named John for 1 hr and 18 mins while they strung me along without a cancellation/total refund solution. Said the issue should be resolved 24-48 hrs. Called the hotel directly after the 48hr window to check and while there was not reservation under my name I'd received no email verifying the reservation cancellation nor the full refund. Checked my CC transactions and no credit had been issued. I just called the ReservationsCenter.com CustomerService and after being in the queue for a short time, my call was dropped. Again, I believed to be on the hotel's booking page not this ReservationsCenter. I check the reveiews of websites in which I am unfamiliar and as anyone could see by the reviews this site is at best a poor service offering which I would have avoided. This site appears to be impersonating a very good rated site Reservation Centre LLC. Google failed in it's responsibility to vet this site but instead listed it at the top of its search listings page. SHAME ON YOU GOOGLE.

Would also give 0 stars if I could. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel, thought I was paying the advertised price but when the charges went through it was 30% higher. Am waiting to hear back from them. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
