This site is a scam. They basically cloned the hotels website I was booking. Thought I was booking directly with the hotel but turned out it was a third party site which was in turn booked through Agoda. Was charged an extra $100 compared to the advertised price plus a $20 booking fee for one night’s accommodation. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely DISGUSTING. I booked a hotel at £71.00. That was the reason only. They took money straight away without me seeing the total. The price came to $137.65. (Approx 50% increase). I immediately cancelled but apparently non refundable. I have sent messages for to them for a refund or even reinstate the booking at the dearer price. They do not have the DECENCY to reply. I urge people not to deal with them. Brian Lake.

Website indicates a price 30% lower than what they actually charge. Seems to be able to avoid in app confirmation before the transaction takes place too. I have asked for a refund let's see if I get a response?

I would give zero stars if i could. Heavily advertised as undercutting other websites, then put on almost £100 for a 1-night stay in "tax recovery charges and service fees". Didn't make it clear that they're not a direct booking site; I could have saved £50 by using Agoda instead (which is what they did from the USA)! Had to phone customer services in USA; spent ages on the phone to 2 separate numbers, but all they were prepared to offer was to cancel the reservation but not give any refund!

Never ever use this site it’s a fraud. I am just baffle that it appears first on your site when you type in a hotel you are looking for. So be very careful before clicking .money down the drain and a huge lost. Please be vigilant .

They are charging more than the room rate without informing. Fraudulent transaction. I thought I was paying £102 for IBIS, I was charged USD 210, without my approval.

If I could put zero I would. Complete fraudsters. Don't respond to emails. Charged me 287 dollars for a 122 pound room without mentioning it to me. Complete scammers. AVOID legal action pending

Do not use this site, I was charged a £69 booking fee on a £125 room without knowing. The transaction went through without being approved on the Nat West app. If I cancel they will give a zero refund.
