I had a very pleasant, positive experience buying lenses for frames I purchased online. I was a little confused how the process would work given I had never had lenses done by anyone other than where I purchased the lenses before now; but the customer service rep was very helpful and friendly and I figured it all out easily.

The lenses were done perfectly but the only problem is when they put in the lens they widened the arms. I had to take to a eyeglass store to correct the problem.

After having my frames for about two weeks I just received an email that my frames broke in the lab and only asked if I would like my order canceled. Without knowing specifically what happened I still would never use this company again. There was no apology in the email and no offer to remedy the situation in any other way except to send in a different pair of frames. Please, let me send you another pair since you proved that I can trust your company.
